Jimmy Henderson is a racer, construction business leader & skilled fabricator by trade. When not at the racetrack, he supports two construction firms specializing in structural steel throughout the Southeast.

After graduating with honors from Rockdale High School, Henderson competed in the NASCAR Busch Series. However, a life-threatening crash at Pocono forced him to step away from racing temporarily with doctors cautioning him that he might never race again.

In 2021, Henderson and his wife founded Jimmy Henderson Motorsports. Driving the United Rentals #44 Pro4 truck, Henderson achieved a remarkable 2nd place finish in the 2023 and 2024 AMSOIL Championship Off-road Series.  Through the end of his 4th full time season, Henderson has 6 wins and 19 podiums.

Jimmy Henderson Motorsports has been awarded Team of the Year, Win of the Year, and Mechanic of the Year.
