World Champions!!!

Crandon, WI - Three podiums, 2 first places, and 1 Crandon World Championship. Wow, what a weekend!

The weekend didn’t start out on a high though. We broke yet another front differential in qualifying, so our starting position was ninth. Luckily Crandon has a land rush start so we came out of turn one in fifth place. No problem, we put our head down and started passing for positions. With a clean overtake in the gravel pit we moved into second place and then a mistake from the leader put in first, and that’s right where we finished. On to the next!

It wasn’t our best start, and we came off the line tenth. We quickly moved into fourth and began plotting our overtakes. We landed in third just before the mandatory caution and set our sights up ahead.

A great restart and even better line put us in second. When the leader had a mechanical failure, we moved into first and stretched the lead to carry momentum all the way to the checkered flag. We are now World Champions!

Time for the cup race. In this race the Pro2 (2wd) trucks take the green flag and seconds later the Pro4 (4wd) trucks take the green flag. This put 22 trucks in the field for a great show. We were second in the Pro4 group with a big field ahead to charge through, but we battled our way up to third and that’s where we finished, on the podium.

This was one the best weekends we’ve had in off-road, and it would not be possible without our incredible team and partners. Thank y’all so much for your love and support.
